Gwen Siegel, 100, beloved wife of the late Sherwin “Red” for 68 years; loving mother of Richard and Larry; cherished Grandma of David (Caryn), Bill (Claire), Jill (Rob) Soltan, Dustin (Jessica), and Ellie; adoring great grandmother of Felix, Sophie and Sam and dear sister of the late Diane Bluestone. From making my bat mitzvah shirts in 1992 to lending a listening ear on my long commutes to work in Korea, and all of the many memories with Gwen when visiting with Jill over the years, Gwen has been a special friend. She has made a deep and lasting impression on my heart.
